| Maha Rudra Havan is a very powerful fire ceremony that has the power to burn all negativity, including negative karma, unfavorable astrological influences, diseases and mental disturbances. The Rudra Abhishek is a special abhishek in which eleven different ingredients are used to bathe a sacred Siva Lingam. During each offering, special Siva mantras are chanted in a specific way by the Vedic priests. Maha Rudra Yajna is one of the highest forms of community worship , with the involvement of 121 Ritwiks reciting the Sri Rudra Mantra 11 times , totalling 1,331 times followed by one tenth (133) recitations for the purpose of the homam. |

We wish to Congratulate ALL the Participants of the Mega Event held on Friday the 3rd of February 2012 at the J.S.S. International School, Al Barsha Dubai. It was truly evident that the Yagya had all the blessings of Bholenath.
The Committee also expresses its deep gratitude and thanks to: -
1. The participating Couple and their families for making this the largest such event in the Middle East.
2. A very special thanks to the Heroic Volunteers for delivering 2,000kgs of Yagna Samagri to each of the 108 Kunds during the Yagna, while braving smoke and heat. With a smile on their faces, they worked tirelessly from Dawn to Dusk. They also served food during the breaks! A very BIG THANK YOU!
3. Shree Hitesh Maharaj and all the Brahmins from the UAE and from India for their pivotal role in carrying out the Yagna rites and rituals. And all the other people who have made their contributions to make this event a success. We have uploaded some pictures of the Yagya on the website, please feel free to make your valuable comments and inputs. We will also be uploading a short video highlights of the event on our site.
